In the event of a refund on an item, the points earned on that purchase will be deducted from your points total. | Points cannot be applied retroactively. | No other promotion can be combined with a purchase made with the redemption of your points. | Elite points are not applicable to the purchase of gift cards, candles or other promotional products . The maximum number of points available for redemption on an order is 40% of the total, before taxes and delivery. Product reviews are available only to customers who have purchased the product from Marilou design. Any use deemed abusive or fraudulent will be revoked. The number of points awarded per reward is subject to change without notice.
FRIEND REFERENCING
FRIENDLY REFERRALS
The referring person receives points immediately after the first purchase made by the referred person. The referred person receives these points after their first purchase, while logged into their account. | For referrals to work, the referred person must go through their friend's referral link. If the referred person refunds their purchase, the referral's Elite points will be removed. The friend referral is not applicable on gift card purchases. This feature cannot be applied retroactively .
