DELIVERY

Delivery

Items are sent by Purolator Express Parcel, or occasionally by Canada Post Expedited Parcel. Shipping is free of charge within Canada. You will need to select your province of delivery and enter all the required information.

For orders within the United States, the shipping cost is a flat rate.
For international orders, please contact us.

 

DELIVERY TIMES

Fast and personal service has always been a priority for us!

Orders are usually processed within 1 to 5 working days and then shipped. 

Once in the hands of the carrier, Purolator in our case, (or occasionally Canada Post) the delay varies between 3 to 14 working days depending on the date of the order.

( With experience, we can say that it is often fast and very rarely up to 14 days... but as we don't control everything, it can be! 🤷♀ ) 

For orders placed over the weekend or on a public holiday, processing will begin on the next business day. 

If the processing or shipping time varies due to inventory turnover or some other situation, we take care to notify you promptly. 

DELIVERY OF ACCESSORIES

La livraison de nos chandelles et accessoires diffère légèrement de nos colis de vêtements.

If you order an item in the accessory category, we have two shipping methods, depending on your order.

Chandelles et accessoires dans une commande à plusieurs articles : Votre choix sera expédié dans un colis express par Purolator, comme décrit ci-dessus.

Chandelles et accessoires comme étant le seul item de la commande : Frais de livraison de 4.50$ pour les commandes de 49.99$ et moins. Le colis de chandelles est expédié dans un colis express par Purolator, comme décrit ci-dessus. Une commande de choux à cheveux sera expédiée par la poste standard, sans numéro de suivi. 

If you do not receive your parcel within this period, please contact us at info@mariloudesign.com and we will be happy to respond as soon as possible.

WRONG ADDRESS AND LIABILITY

Marilou design is not responsible for address errors. Please check the information we provide for delivery. If you find an error, please notify us at info@mariloudesign.com within 12hrs of placing your order.

If your package has an address error and the carrier returns the package to the sender, Marilou design, the new delivery to your corrected address will be at your expense. Thank you for your understanding. 

Marilou design is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

UPDATE - COVID 19

COVID-19 

April 2020 - CANADA POST HAS ANNOUNCED A LONGER DELIVERY TIME DUE TO THE CURRENT PERIOD. The standard expedited delivery time is no longer guaranteed.

We are in no way responsible for Canada Post taking longer than usual. Their teams are doing the best they can to adjust to the situation and meet the high demand.

We make sure to process orders as quickly as possible so that they can be shipped as quickly as possible.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

In case you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, we offer you the possibility to make an exchange or a refund.

To make an exchange or refund, the item(s) must meet all of the following conditions: 

 
  • Marilou design is not responsible for packages that are lost or sent to the wrong address.

  • Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

  • Returns or exchanges are possible within 14 working days from the date of receipt of your item.

  • For returns, the price of the item will be refunded after the item has been examined. We reserve up to 60 hours to process the refund after receiving the item.

  • An item that has been worn, washed or modified cannot be refunded or exchanged.

  • The item must have all labels and they must be intact.

  • Sale items are considered a final sale; no exchanges or refunds. This includes items on sale in the IMPARFECTS section and in the LAST CHANCE section.
